Meeting Space

Camp Dixie has indoor and outdoor facilities to accommodate up to 230 people in the main dining/meeting hall.

Dorms

Available year round for retreats, Camp Dixie has an overnight maximum capacity of 96 people.

• Four dormitories (2 male and 2 female)
• Accommodate 48 people in each wing
• Includes bunks and mattresses (no linens, bedding or pillows)
• Each wing has two bathrooms with toilets, sinks, and showers.

Kitchen

Large commercial style kitchen that includes pots and pans (with limited plates, cups or utensils) for meal preparation and serving. You can rent our commerical style kitchen or we will do the cooking or you (minimum of 20 people).

Outdoor facilities include picnic tables, benches, a campfire area and an outdoor worship area.  We have 275 feet of waterfront on Perdido Bay and 8 acres of wooded area.

Recreation options could include swimming, a game area and equipment for basketball, volleyball, softball, soccer, football, horseshoes, street hockey and 9 - hole disc golf. All swimming activities must be supervised by a certified lifeguard or signed waiver forms required, check with camp for more details.

Other information

• Resource leaders are available for Bible study, and devotions.
• Facilitation for "teamwork" building activities on our team challenge course.
• First aid supplies for minor injuries are on site while more serious injuries are treated at the local hospital in Foley, Alabama. Retreat leaders are responsible for all first aid and medical for their participants and themselves. Parental consent forms are required.

Minimum suggested items for campers to bring with them are:

• Bedding - pillows, sheets, light blanket or sleeping bag, flashlight.
• Clothes - appropriate for the weather conditions and outdoor activities personal toiletries, swimsuit and an extra towel.
